DTC’s Trailer Mounted TPM-1000 and TPM-1500 Thermoplastic Premelters incorporate many standard features that are options on other brands. DTC’s versatile, heavy duty premelters are equipped with a wealth of safety and ergonomic features designed with your crew’s safety and productivity in mind. DTC Trailer Mounted Premelters are available in 14,000 lb and 10,000 lb GVWR platforms. Units are available in both low boy and standard deck configurations, with a host of options to meet your specific production needs.
Unit shown has side mounted lift gate, optional Title 13 programmable strobe lights and dual LED work lights for deck and fill area for each premelter.

- Elevated deck at rear for optimal height of handliner loading
- Full access swing gate on curbside for ease of loading materials and supplies
