KOLDSPRAY MMA 4:1HD, Skid Mounted Stencil Rig

The KoldSpray MMA 4:1HD is designed to spray methacrylate pavement marking materials at a fixed ratio of 4 to 1 parts by volume. Material is proportioned and dispensed in the correct ratio simply and easily. The stainless steel spray hoses are 35 feet in length giving plenty of reach for legends and other detail work. The two materials do not come together until they enter a low cost disposable static mixer that is located just in front of the spray tip. This minimizes the solvent required for flushing the mixer and spray tip. The catalyst and resin pumps feature all stainless steel and polymer wetted parts. The unit comes standard with 15 gallon resin and catalyst tanks and a 2.5 gallon solvent tank. The KoldSpray MMA 4:1HD is powered by a durable 50 state Kohler engine that drives a pressure compensated hydraulic pump and is equipped with an industrial oil cooler, reservoir and 10 micron filter. A hydraulically driven air compressor is also included. This unit is a turnkey package. Just add fuel and material and you are ready to spray.
